...ever forgetting one of the greatest moments in your life? The joy, beauty, and excitement? The scenic location and the people who were there at your side?
Our greatest moments are not simply those which we enjoy as they happen,
but those which we look back on, time and again.
Through my photography, those significant moments will transform into a lifetime of memories.

Spicy food, thrifting, (dark) chocolate, lattes, red lipsick, theater, summer storms.
If you told me in college I'd be a professional photographer one day, I would have thought you were crazy. That was pretty much my reaction when my husband first asked me, years ago, about pursuing my lifelong passion for photography instead of entering graduate school to become a Physician Assistant. I'm so blessed that he encouraged me to look beyond the career I had focused on for so long and grateful for my God-given talents as a photographer.
Ever since I realized how much my photography could be used to bring happiness to others, my life has never been the same. The thrill of being with people during the joyful celebration of their marriage and using photography to capture what that day means to them is indescribable. Bringing happiness to others has always been at the center of my life, and photography is how I make that happen.
Bringing happiness to others has always been at the center of my life.
For me, wedding photography is much more than point-and-shoot. As a photographer, I emphasize the use of natural lighting to enhance the quality of my photography. My photography style is photojournalistic, wherein I combine both the elegance of formal portraits with the beauty (and sometimes humor) of candid moments to provide you with memories you will cherish.
To ensure everything goes smoothly on the big day, we will meet at specific points during the months leading up to your wedding. Whether you have no experience with wedding preparations or have helped others work through the details, I will share my experience as a photographer (and bride!) to ensure we are completely prepared in advance. I will pray for you while working to ensure nothing is left to the last minute and there is no doubt in your mind about why you chose to work with me.
I am proud to have completed multiple courses taught by world-renown photographer Katelyn James and to be a member of the KJ Education community.

"Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with! From her prompt communication and friendliness to her professionalism and insight, we felt very comfortable letting her guide us to create the most flattering pictures. She listened to our requests for certain poses and offered some great ideas of her own that we loved. Even our friends and family raved over how beautiful our album turned out. We highly recommend Gina, she is a gem!"

"Thank you for the lovely photos. You've captured moments that I will treasure for years to come. Your style is elegant, bright, and full of movement. By focusing more on the unplanned, spontaneous moments of genuine happiness rather than predictably posed portraits, you best capture the joy of the day. You excel at capturing memories in a manner that feels light and spontaneous yet simultaneously is elegantly polished and professional."
